The oldest women in Europe Emma Morano celebrated her 114th birthday on Friday.
President of Italy Giorgio Napolitano sent a congratulatory message on this occasion, India Today reported.
Emma Morano lives not far from Milan. She wakes up at 6am every day and goes to bed not later than 7pm. Besides she follows a strict diet, cooks for herself and does the housework.
Emma was born on November 29, 1899. She is the fifth in the list of oldest people in the world.
