Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh, Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan issued a message of congratulations on the occasion of the coming New Year.

“Over the past twelve months, we were able to secure a significant economic growth, achieve major accomplishments in several domains in the republic.

“Raising the living standards, strengthening the social security and safety of our citizenry is a priority in the activities of the government.

“We need to move forward on the road of continuous reforms. From this vantage point, I believe 2014 will be a good and a pleasing year.

“We will seek that our citizens see their present and future linked with the homeland.

“The final settlement of the Artsakh issue dictates to us to work more providently and purposefully on our own land,” the NKR PM’s message specifically reads.
