YEREVAN. – Five non-ruling factions of the Armenian parliament interrupted a special session demanding that an attack on opposition MP must be discussed.

The session was interrupted, and representatives of factions left for a 20-minute meeting with Speaker Galust Sahakyan.

As reported earlier, an unidentified person assaulted and hit Aram Manukyan, an MP from the Armenian National Congress, in the entrance of the building where he lives. Manukyan has been hospitalized, and he was diagnosed with concussion and fracture.
