A unique bathhouse was discovered in Georgia’s capital city of Tbilisi.

This bathhouse had natural hot water, in the case when water was artificially warmed in other bathhouses.

The finding dates back to the 1st to 3rd centuries.

In addition, two millennia-old items—glass and ceramic objects as well as coins—were also discovered there.

Head of the archeologists’ team, Merab Dzneladze, noted that, in all likelihood, this bathhouse was intended for the royal family, reported Gruzia Online news agency of Georgia.

It is the only one in Georgia with its type of structure.
