Azerbaijan will discuss Karabakh issue only with Armenia, as there is no third party to the conflict, Elnur Aslanov, Chief of Department for political analysis and information provision at Azerbaijani Presidential Administration stated, commenting on the statement of Armenian side about the involvement of Karabakh in the negotiation process.

According to Aslanov, there is only Armenia “that occupied Azerbaijani and territories around.” The analyst supposes that “only two sides can settle the conflict at the negotiation table.”
