YEREVAN. – The chances of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as a stable and predictable politician, to win the presidential elections are much more higher, Founder and Director of the Armenian Institute of International and Security Affairs, political analyst Stepan Safaryan told the correspondent of Armenian News - NEWS.am.

According to his forecast, Clinton will win. He noted that he was monitoring the campaign and could not recall such an intense competition: the awful flow of damaging information are changing already difficult situation every day. Styopa Safaryan said that from this point of view external influence, manipulation and tension within the competing teams in terms of information war has increased as well.

“Nevertheless, I consider that Hillary Clinton's chances as a stable and predictable politician, are higher and I think it is she who will win”, political analyst said, adding that such fluctuations made predicting a difficult task.
