YEREVAN. – The 2016 Outdoor Advertising Festival will be held in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia, for the first time. 

Araz Baghdasaryan, head of the External Design and Advertising Department at Yerevan Municipality, said the aforementioned on Monday. 

He noted that the objective of Yerevan Outdoor Advertising Festival is to promote the development of advertising in the region, and to introduce Armenian advertising designs to the respective international market.

“Leading experts in the domain of outdoor advertising are invited [to this festival],” stated Baghdasaryan. “Bringing the international advertising track-record to the Armenian advertising market is also one of the objectives.”

The Yerevan Municipality official added that master classes also will be held within the framework of this festival.
