Russia will support to resolve the Libyan crisis, said the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a meeting with the head of the Libyan parliament Akila Saleh, reports RIA Novosti.

"We are interested, that our Libyan friends overcome this protracted crisis as soon as possible, create their own state, and have efficient army and law enforcement forces. We are in solidarity with our Libyan friends in their aspirations to build stable state institutions, economy, and strike an effective fight against terrorism, "he said.

The minister said, that "without a doubt, this presumes organizing efforts toward a political settlement of the crisis and can be resolved only by the Libyans." "We, like other international members, are ready to support you to create necessary conditions for a dialogue with participation of all political forces," said the RF Foreign Minister.
