Russia's president Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory message to his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev.
The message said Aliyev is “a reliable friend” who supports strengthening of strategic partnership between the two countries.
Putin wished Aliyev “good health, happiness, prosperity and success in his state activities”.
