YEREVAN. - The staff of the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of Armenia will reduce by 293 workers, or 23 percent as a result of optimization.
The staff will be reduced by 12 and 24 percent directly in the Ministry and its subordinated organizations respectively.
Consequently, the Transport Ministry is going to save 740 million AMD (approx. $1.5 million) in 2017.
