Six people died due to forest fires in four US states.  The wildfires raged in Kansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas. It is possible, that they may spread to Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska. The wildfires occurred because of strong thunderstorms that stroke at night, causing dozens of whirlwinds, reports the National Meteorological Service.
