US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson plans meet with the Russian President Vladimir Putin during his visit to Russia, announced the US Ambassador to Moscow John Tefft, reports TASS.
"I think the meeting is gonna take place, both sides just have to agree on the time to announce it," said Tefft.
