Chicago's Court of Appeals’ verdict adopted by 8 votes in favor, and 3 votes against, is the first ruling of the Federal Court. The court's ruling was the reply to the suit of Indiana’s public college teacher Kimberly Hawaii, who accused the college of discrimination.
