Russian President Dmitry Medvedev sent his condolences to his Turkish counterpart Abdullah Gul upon the flood in Istanbul.
“I would like to express my sincere condolences to you, the families and loved ones of the victims, those who have suffered as a result of this tragedy, and the entire Turkish nation”, the Kremlin press service message reads.
As NEWS.am reported earlier, according to the preliminary data, the number of victims in Istanbul flash floods has risen to 30 people.
