The Armenian National Congress has informed the Yerevan municipality about holding a rally in Liberty Square on April 8 followed by a demonstration.
By law municipality should make a decision within 72 hours.
The Armenian National Congress is an oppositional union founded in 2008 headed by first president of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan. Oppositional union comprises 17 political parties.
