Recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, ex-President of Poland Lech Walesa has undergone a heart surgery. His spokesperson Marek Kacmar told reporters that Walesa feels fine after the surgery and that doctors have positive predictions, TASS reports.
The 78-year-old politician underwent surgery due to the operation of an artificial cardiac pacemaker that was placed in the US over a decade ago.
