At Thursday’s Cabinet meeting, the government of Armenia approved the package of bills on amendments and addenda to the law on state registration of legal entities, separate divisions of legal entities, and state registration of institutions and individual entrepreneurs and related laws.

The need for the adoption of these bills is due to the purpose of reforming and simplifying the registration process, making the registration process easier and more accessible for doing business in Armenia.
