November 7, 2009 RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointment of Avet Adonts to the position of RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Belgium and Netherlands (residence-Brussels), RA presidential press service informed NEWS.am.
Under another decree Vigen Chitechyan was removed from the post of RA Ambassador to the Netherlands.
