The head of Krasnoyarsk, Vladislav Loginov, has been charged with taking a bribe on a particularly large scale. According to the investigators, it is about the amount of more than 180 million rubles, reports the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. The issue of selecting a measure of restraint is being decided, reports “Kommersant.

According to the version of law enforcers, in the period from 2018 to 2024, Vladislav Loginov, “successively filling the positions of first deputy and head of the city, received a bribe from the General Director of a commercial organization”. The remuneration included both money and payment for the construction of a bathhouse on a land plot belonging to the mayor.

For this, the investigation believes, the mayor secured for the firm the conclusion of state contracts with the MKU “Department of Roads, Infrastructure and Improvement” for the repair of city roads.

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation specified that searches were conducted in the office of the mayor, as well as at his place of residence, “during which documents related to the conclusion, execution and payment of municipal contracts were found and seized”.
