This October as mush as 15.271 real estate deals were effected in Armenia. This index increased by 5% compared to same period last year and by 12% in comparison with September, 2009, “Business 24/7” magazine informs.

Of this, 4.045 are disposals (41.7% in Yerevan), having 81.9% sale and purchase deals, 17.2% — deeds of gift and 1% — exchange. In October, the number of bargains on disposal boosted by 7.8% compared to this September, whereas by 19.7% in comparison with October 2008.

The highest rate for 1m 3 in condominiums is registered in Yerevan central district — AMD 461.700 against AMD 490.000 in October, 2008.
