President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas said at an international conference in Cairo that the Palestinians will not agree to be moved outside the Gaza Strip, despite ongoing shelling by the Israeli army, Al Jazeera reports.
“We will never accept relocation, we will remain on our land whatever the challenges,” Abbas said, adding, “We also oppose the expulsion of Palestinians from their homes in the West Bank and Jerusalem.”
