STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan on Tuesday signed a decree on appointing Vassily Atajanyan as adviser to NKR President and the latter’s Permanent Representative in NKR National Assembly, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informs.

To note, prior to these appointments, Vassily Atajanyan used to serve as Acting FM.
