STEPANAKERT.- Karen Yesayan has been appointed an advisor to the President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic – NKR President’s representative at large.
President Bako Sahakyan signed the decree appointing Yesayan on Thursday, NKR president’s press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
