STEPANAKERT. – Felix Khachatryan has been designated Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR).
NKR President Bako Sahakyan on Friday signed a decree on appointing Felix Khachatryan to the office of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
