Nobody can rule out the resumption of Nagorno-Karabkh war some day, however it does not mean the probability of hostilities is high, Head of the Hay Dat (Armenian Cause) office Giro Manoyan told NEWS.am.

The renewal of war and increasing risk of war are two different things, Manoyan emphasized. The war peril will increase only in case if one of the conflicting parties, namely Azerbaijan feels confidence in its 51% victory, which is not the case as of today. “Azerbaijan will resume the war only if is confident in its victory or feels that Turkey leaves it in and establishes relations with Armenia,” Manoyan concluded.
