“Probability of hostilities resumption in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone presently is higher than say a year ago, but I doubt that Azerbaijan is ready for war. In addition, international community does not intend to indulge Baku, as is interested in stability in the region,” said Albert Sargsyan, Karabakhi war veteran and renowned painter commenting on recent statement by Director of U.S. National Intelligence Dennis Blair on possible renewal of war in Karabakhi conflict zone.

“Official Baku as a rule supports its threats by &‘4 UN resolutions’ interpreting them unilaterally. Meanwhile, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon gave Azerbaijan to understand that &‘UN is directly involved in Karabakh peace process where OSCE takes the lead role.’ That is he explicitly alluded that official Baku to back off UN and stop taking organizations' name and documents in vain. As for us, we have no backing room and we will defend our land,” Sargsyan concluded.
