YEREVAN. – The emigration from Armenia is increasing on a yearly basis, whereas the number of voters in the country is growing, presidential contender—and non-party affiliate and epos specialist—Vardan Sedrakyan stated during a press conference on Monday.     

In his words, he came to understand that presidential candidate—and incumbent President and ruling Republican Party leader—Serzh Sargsyan is against the four presidential institutions which Sedrakyan has proposed.   

“As I see it, the other two presidents [namely, First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan and second President Robert Kocharyan] are not against [it]. What is more, Serzh Sargsyan has begun repeating my actions by thanking the former presidents for not running [in the presidential election to be conducted on February 18]. It is true that, in chess lingo, that was a repetition of my moves. But any copy always gives the opposite picture of the original,” Vardan Sedrakyan added.
