YEREVAN.- Presidential candidate, leader of Freedom Party Hrant Bagratyan said the election program must not be simply a program of “good wishes”.

 Addressing participants of campaign rally in Verin Artashat village, Bagratyan said Serzh Sargsyan’s program suggests some general points but gives no solutions, Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reports.

 “He speaks about jobs. But does not mention how the jobs must be created. 193,000 jobs were created but then closed due to construction slump. My program offers real conditions, not promises. I present progressive scale for an income tax for small, medium-sized and large business. If someone has better ideas, let him present them,” he said.
