YEREVAN.- Another presidential candidate will join the hunger strike declared by Andreas Ghukasyan.
Paruyr Hayrikyan, head of the opposition National Self-Determination Union, told reporters he would join Ghukasyan from Friday.
“I declare a three-day hunger strike. Although I cannot give up my campaign activities and seat next to Ghukasyan, I show my solidarity with him,” Hayrikyan noted.
The politician believes that boycotting elections is advantageous to the government, but he is happy that authorities also voice protest against boycott.
