Artsvik Minasyan of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun (ARFD) deems that the extra-parliamentary forces should not any more be called Opposition. They have to be contented with being called opponents.

At his meeting with journalists he pointed out that “not only politically, but also legally, a parliamentary force that disagrees with the Government’s policy can be viewed as opposition.” Minasyan stressed that, from now on, he will include the Armenian National Congress (ANC) among the “opponent” extra-parliamentary forces.
