YEREVAN. – The American national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 406.91/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Friday.

The stock exchange saw no trading on Thursday, and therefore the aforesaid rate is a 0.02-percent—or an AMD 0.09—drop from the previous trading session on Wednesday.

Friday’s sales totaled $6 million at the stock exchange.

At the cash foreign currency market of Armenia, the US dollar’s buying and selling exchange rates fluctuate between the AMD 405-408/$1 range respectively.
