A squirrel provoked a power failure as a result of which U.S. presidential advance voting process was interrupted in Ohio, CNN reported.

Voters in Miami County, Ohio were forced to use backup paper ballots after a squirrel stalled early voting there Monday.

It was reported that a squirrel was blamed for a power failure that stretched from 9:15 a.m. Monday to 5 p.m. that same day.

A national day of presidential election is November 8. There are two candidates: Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.
