Moscow and Ankara will discuss the issue of S-400 anti-aircraft weapon system deliveries to Turkey during Russian-Turkish intergovernmental commission meeting which will be held in Russia in the near future, Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) Alexander Fomin told reporters.
S-400 “Triumph” is an anti-aircraft weapon system developed in the 1990s by Russia's Almaz Central Design Bureau as an upgrade of the S-300 family. It has been in service with the Russian Armed Forces since 2007, RIA Novosti reported.
