The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini recalls the authorities of Kosovoa about the necessity to implement the agreement with Serbia and Montenegro to facilitate the visa liberalization with the EU, reports RIA Novosti. 

In Kosovo, she met with the President Hashim Thaci, the Chairman of Assembly Kadri Veseli, and Prime Minister Isa Mustafa. “It is the last moment in order to move forward. It is time to vote the demarcation with Montenegro. This will unblock visa liberalisation for Kosovo. We are ready for this. It is up to the Parliament to decide,” said Mogherini.
In response to the Prime Minister of Kosovo she noted, that the Serb List minority party deputies boycotted the parliament session, which makes it impossible to ratify the agreement on defining the border with Montenegro.

It has been half a year, that Kosovo's parliament has been negotiating the issue of the demarcation line with Montenegro with no progress. The document was signed in the summer of 2015 by the current leader Hashim Thaci, who was then the Minister of Foreign Affairs and by the Foreign Minister of Montenegro Igor Luksic.
