YEREVAN.- The delegation headed by Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan left for Brussels on Wednesday to participate in the meeting of NATO Ministers of Defense with non-NATO ISAF contributing nations.

The issues related to situation in Afghanistan, further strategy of partnership and the implemented activities will be discussed, defense ministry’s press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

On the same day, Minister Ohanyan will participate in the informal meeting within the framework of Defense Ministers of the countries, providing troops for Regional Command North OF ISAF, where the ministers will coordinate and declare their joint communiqué.

In the course of his visit the Minister will meet with NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathhurai, Commander of US European Command (USEUCOM), Admiral James G. Stavridis, as well as with the Defense Ministers of partner countries.
