Within the framework of enlargement of talks between the MODs of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia, the defense ministers’ trilateral meetings will be held each year in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, in that order.

Azerbaijan Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov told the aforesaid to reporters.

The respective agreement was reached during the Azerbaijani, Georgian and Turkish defense ministers’ trilateral talk that was held in Nakhichevan, Azerbaijan.

The ministers discussed telecommunications infrastructure protection during a state of military situation.

They also conferred on the oil and gas pipeline safety, railway communication, and communication facilities plan, the “Azerbaijani News” agency reported.
