YEREVAN.- An old woman was run over in Yerevan on Tuesday afternoon, police reported.

Mercedes-Benz vehicle ran over 73-year-old Julieta H. in Raffi street. She was taken to hospital with bodily injuries. An investigation is underway, police told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Old people and children have been recently involved in car accidents. Mercedes C 180 hit a 6-year-old boy on Gai Avenue in Yerevan on Monday.

On the same day it was found out that ZAZ-Sena-model car hit a 76-year-old man and transferred him to hospital.
