YEREVAN. – The investigation against the Civlitas Foundation and its founder Vartan Oskanian launched by the Armenia’s National Security Service is still underway.

The Service has summoned the Foundation Board member Karine Harutyunyan for interrogation on Tuesday, besides, the State Revenue Committee prolonged inspections at the Foundation for another ten working days, Civilitas reports.

The Service demanded that Oskanian should submit additional documents related to the criminal case. At the same time it rejected Oskanian’s application on publishing documents concerning the criminal case. The Service stated that they can consider the application if Oskanian gives detailed testimony on the case.

The Foundation is suspected of money laundering and tax evasion.
