YEREVAN. - Criminal analyst, writer Sergey Galoyan made certain statements on Wednesday at a meeting with journalist that do not reflect the reality, Armenia’s Court Department Public Relations Chair Arsen Babayan told Armenian News-News.am.

“The criminal case of Armen Ter-Sahakayan is in Armenia’s Attorney General Office and has been moved there by their request. It has more than 40 volumes and it would be impossible to lose it while transferring from one location to another”, said Arsen Babayan.

In his words, the criminal case against former Armenia’s police chief, influential figure Vano Siradeghyan is kept in the archives of the court and again can never be lost.

To note, earlier Sergey Galoyan said that the criminal case against Vano Siradeghyan had disappeared while transferred from one court to another and added that no criminal case had been filed against Vano Siradeghyan. Instead, the case had been filed against Armen Ter-Sahakyan and his gang and was lost for some reasons.
