YEREVAN. – Officers from the General Department of Criminal Investigation of Armenia’s Police took Artur Harutyunyan, 32, under custody on Thursday at 12pm.
Harutyunyan was wanted by the Russian Federation’s Federal Security Service, ever since July 18, on charges of preparing false documents and illegally crossing state border, the Police press service informs.
