YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Emergency Situations Ministry received a call, on Monday at 2:16pm, informing that a person was attempting to jump from capital city Yerevan’s Kiev Bridge.   

A special rescue squad and a Crisis Management Center operative team, together with paramedics, were dispatched to the scene, the Ministry’s press service informs. 

As a result, the rescuers and the ambulance team were able to prevent a 35-37-year-old woman’s suicide attempt.

At present, the woman is in the vehicle of the Crisis Management Center operative team.
