On February 5, 2010 NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on holding regular elections to NKR Parliament on May 23, 2010.
Under another decree, for fruitful and conscientious work and in connection with 50th anniversary permanent representative of NKR to Russian Federation Albert Andryan was awarded with a medal “Acknowledgement”, NKR President’s office Central Information department informed NEWS.am.
