Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan made four changes in the country’s Cabinet, but one of these changes caused s serious concern for those that demand the solution of the murder case of Hrant Dink—the founder and chief editor of Istanbul’s Agos Armenian bilingual weekly, who was gunned down in 2007 in front of his office building.  

Erdogan appointed as Minister of Interior, Muammer Guler, who was the governor of Istanbul at the time of Dink’s assassination, Hurriyet daily of Turkey reports. To note, a claim was filed with the court to launch official negligence proceedings against Guler as a suspect in the aforesaid case.
