YEREVAN.- Human rights are senseless unless right to self-determination is respected, presidential candidate Paruyr Hayrikyan said.

His campaign is based on four parts: human rights, democracy, foreign policy and national value system.

“After being elected, I will start cooperation with all political forces to conduct constitutional reform. A constitutional referendum will be held in six months,” he told reporters.

Hayrikyan plans to cut the number of MPs from 131 to 81, abolish presidential seat, elect governors of the regions.
