YEREVAN.— Former Foreign Minister, MP from Prosperous Armenia Vartan Oskanian congratulated the Armenian army on its 21st anniversary.

“Today marks the 21st anniversary of the Armenian armed forces, a day of pride for all of us. We honor the dead who gave their lives for an independent Armenia. We thank their families and relatives.

We thank the troops, especially those who are at the forefront, those who come face to face with the immediate danger.

Today must become a day when the country’s leaders promise and actually prove that they will do everything to protect our young people, so that they have the opportunity to achieve their goals and realize their dreams,” he wrote on Facebook.
