Azerbaijan’s militant statements cannot force the Armenian side into making unilateral concessions on Nagorno-Karabakh, Chairman of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Gagik Tsarukyan told reporters.

“To avoid war we have to be very strong – in the military, economic, financial, moral and psychological aspects. We must be united and feel strong to succeed at the negotiating table. It is only the strong that are respected. This is our position, and our faction is well aware of this. We will remain committed to our position to the end,” he said.
