Researches show that the obesity, smoking and AIDS reverse peoples’ life expectancy worldwide, with mortality rate increase in 37 states within last 20 years.

The Icelandic males have the lowest risk of early death in contrast to Cypriot females. Say U.S. and Great Britain have lower rates in both categories. In many countries men’s mortality rate is twice than that of women.

In 1990s reversal in the trend of the adult mortality might be a result of the HIV pandemic and jump of the adult mortality in the former Soviet Union states.
