Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed an instruction, whereby he approved the signing of the agreement on forming a united detachment from the troops of Russia and Armenia, informed the official Internet portal of the Russian state system of legal information.
Pursuant to this instruction, the Russian Ministry of Defense, with participation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, shall negotiate with the Armenian side, and sign this agreement on behalf of Russia.
