The Russian State Duma has passed the bill on ratification of the agreement with respect to setting up a united air defense system with Armenia, according to RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.
This agreement was signed in Moscow, in December 2015.
“The agreement envisions the creation of a united regional air defense system, as component of the united air defense system of the CIS [i.e. the Commonwealth of Independent States] member countries,” read the documents attached to this proposed law.
