YEREVAN. - Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan on Thursday received the heads of economic entities based in Gyumri, the second largest city of Armenia.

He listened to the issues raised by them, as well as their proposals, which mainly concerned attraction of financial means, organization of transportation, provision of tax exemptions, etc, the Government press-service informed Armenian News – NEWS.am.

The Premier stressed that the Government is going to pay close attention to the issues of Gyumri, adding that it is necessary to come up with good ideas concerning the city's development.

Apart from this, Karapetyan proposed the economic entities to specify their proposals, stressing that the Government is ready to provide consultations via the Central Bank, Ministry of Economic Development and Investments and other agencies. It was also noted that the meetings will be of periodic character.
